OpenClaw Privacy Policy

Last updated: October 9, 2026

OpenClaw is a private, single-user application operated by its owner, Patrick McDonald, for personal use. It is not offered to the public.

Data accessed

When the owner authorizes it through Google OAuth, OpenClaw can access the owner's YouTube account in order to create and manage playlists. It accesses only the owner's own account.

Data use and storage

OAuth tokens are stored in an encrypted secrets store on the owner's own computer. YouTube data is used only to perform the playlist actions the owner requests. It is not sold, shared with third parties, or used for advertising.

OpenClaw's use of information received from Google APIs adheres to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements.

Revoking access

Access can be revoked at any time at myaccount.google.com/connections.
